For the past three days, I introduced you to & walked you through the science basis of this new health supplement product (Visalus or Body by Vi) available to the public here in Canada just recently via the blogs titled:

May 9/11 Visalus Vitamins & Minerals Can Heal Your Body and Restore the Thyroid Function

May 10/11 Other Whistle-Blowers like Visalus Confirm Correction of Vitamin & Mineral Status

May 11/11 Other Whistle-Blowers like Visalus Confirm Correction of Vitamin & Mineral Status

Today, I will discuss how vitamins and minerals and essential fatty acids work to heal the body and hence should be present together at the human gut-level, in correct ratios, amounts and balance for optimal health and healing effects.

Most of the science fats I state below are from Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon with Mary G. Enig, Ph.D. (c) 1999, 2nd Edition.

I am a Canadian veterinarian with three university science degrees which includes my DVM and I can tell you that Fallon & Enig did a really amazing job of this nutritional exposé where they did an anthropological review of folks who lived decades or centuries ago, who had a holistic diets and had no evidence of the degenerative diseases which are now plaguing our modern world based on our factory-farm diets.

Vitamin & mineral content in foods in N.A. vary greatly depending on the farming methods.

Assays have shown large differences in vitamin & mineral content between foods grown with nitrogen fertilizers compared to foods grown properly, organically.

Some commercially grown oranges have been found to content no Vitamin C.

A cabbage’s iron content can contain from 94 ppm to ZERO ppm.

The Iluminati’s Diet Dictocrats have set minimum daily requirements for a few key vitamins & minerals, but investigators have found that these standards are far too low.

So what are the key physiological roles of certain vitamins & minerals we in Canada & the U.S. learned about in Grade Eight “health” courses?

Vitamin A is an all-important vitamin which is a catalyst for innumerable biochemical reactions in the body.

Proteins, minerals and water-soluble vitamins (Bs and C) can be utilized by the body without Vitamin A present from animal sources.

Vitamin A also acts as an anti-oxidant, protecting the body from free radical damage and cancer.

Vitamin A stimulates the secretion of gastric (stomach) juices required for protein digestion.

It also is involved in helping build strong bones, rich blood, the production of RNA and formation of visual purple.

Diets from long-ago, isolated communities contained TEN times the amount of Vitamin A from animal sources than found in the current U.S. diet.

It is best to obtain one’s daily Vitamin A requirements from natural sources like yellow butter, egg yolks, organ meats, fish, shellfish and small amounts of cod liver oil.

Insert: Fallon is referring to folks here to foods which are largely unavailable in our modern N.A. factory farming conditions.

Beware of high amounts of synthetic Vitamin A from supplements which can be toxic to those with impaired liver function.

Antibiotics, fat substitutes and cholesterol-lowering drugs interfere with Vitamin A absorption.

Vitamin B Complex involves all the water-soluble B vitamins which work as a team to promote healthy nerves, skin, eyes, hair, liver, muscle tone and cardiovascular system.

They protect us from mental disorders, depression and anxiety.

The deficiency of Vitamin B complex can lead to malfunction and enlargement of almost every organ and gland in the body.

The best source of Vitamin B complex is whole grains (Fallon here is referring to old varieties of wheat, rye, barley, oats that are not genetically engineering so that gluten content is too large or altered and can lead to CELIAC allergy disorder and are grown properly organically….where the organic farming methods have to be done properly to build up the health of the soil).

Other thiamine food sources are fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, seafood and organ meats as well as man’s large intestine bacteria can create it.

Thiamine or Vitamin B1 was the first to be discovered and a deficiency can lead to a disease known as beriberi.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beriberi

Recent evidence (this would have been in the 1990s) shows that a Vitamin B1 deficiency may be behind EATING DISORDERS like anorexia.

Thiamine is essential to the stomach’s production of hydrochloric acid and has been used to treat constipation, fatigue, herpes and multiple sclerosis.

Frequent cracks in the lips and corners of the mouth suggest a deficiency in thiamine.

A Vitamin B3 or niacin deficiency results in pellagra characterized by dementia, dermatitis, tremors and diarrhea.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pellagra

The amino acid tryptophan can be converted to niacin in the body, so this is why it was important for those American poor Deep South country folk who came down with pellagra (dementia & family feuds) in the early 1900s, to have had a milk cow—based on their predominately corn pone diet which was improperly prepared (they should have soaked the dried corn in alkaline/lime water first) and hence deficient in niacin.

Pantothenic acid or Vitamin B5 are important for the proper functioning of the adrenal glands and can be found in organ meats, egg yolks and whole grains.

Pantothenic acid plays a vital role in cell metabolism and cholesterol production (we do need good cholesterol and most of our brain is made up of cholesterol).

Pantothenic acid can improve the body’s ability to withstand stress.

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine (found mostly in animal products) contributes to the proper functioning of over 100 enzymes in the body.

Deficiencies in B6 in the diet have been linked to diabetes, nervous disorders and coronary heart disease.

The above B vitamins are widespread in the diet except that in N.A. because of the excessive B1 and B2 synthetic vitamins added to white flour, the latter interferes with B6 function and Americans & Canadians no longer have access to the best source of the B6, heat-sensitive nutrient found in RAW MILK.

Folic acid, another B vitamin counteracts CANCER by strengthening the chromosomes and a deficiency can lead to a condition where babies are born with spina bifida.

Vitamin B12 is needed to prevent anemia & other nervous disorders as well as promoting fertility and promoting normal growth.

Usable Vitamin B12 is only found in animal food sources.

An early clinical sign of a Vitamin B12 deficiency is a tendency to irrational anger.

(Maybe this is the reason in N.A. for the past decade or so, we have been seeing so much road rage.)

Vitamin C is a vitamin best known to us for the treatment of the common cold virus group and it is required in a host of other bodily processes as in tissue growth & repair, strength of capillary walls, lactation & adrenal gland function.

Vitamin C is vital for the formation of collagen (connective tissue) which is the body’s structural substance.

Vitamin C promotes wound healing and is a powerful anti-oxidant.

Linus Pauling & others promoted megadoses of Vitamin C for cancer prevention and treatment of schizophrenia and drug addictions.

Large doses of isolated Vitamin C can lead to imbalances & deficiencies in Vitamin P.

Apparently Vitamin C works synergistically with Vitamin E.

Hypoglycemics and those on a high protein diet require more Vitamin C, since these conditions interfere with the metabolism of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

Vitamin C is found in many fruits & vegetables and in certain animal organs.

The consumption of alcohol and many common drugs (aspirin and oral contraceptives) may reduce the body’s Vitamin C levels.

Vitamin D is like Vitamin A in that it is needed for calcium & phosphorus absorption and hence is essential for strong bones, healthy teeth and normal growth.

Vitamin D seems to protect against cancer and multiple sclerosis.

Deficiency in Vitamin D can result in rickets (bone deformation) and myopia (short-sightedness).

The human body can manufacture Vitamin D out of cholesterol in the presence of sunlight.

Insert: This may be a problem in N.A. right now, since so many folks are house-bound in cities with continual smog and/or heavy chemtrail spraying as a part of the Illuminati’s global geo-engineering ops being used to fulfil their depopulation plans for the earth.

Primitive diets where the people were much healthy than modern man is today, contained diets rich in Vitamin D-containing foods such as butterfat, eggs, liver, organ meats, marine oils and sea foods.

Synthetic Vitamin D2 (added to our store’s foods like pasteurized milk) has been linked to hyperactivity, coronary heart disease and other allergic reactions while synthetic Vitamin D3 is poorly absorbed.

Vitamin E is another fat-soluble vitamin necessary for circulation, tissue repair & healing.

It appears to be helpful in the treatment of fibrocystic conditions, sterility, PMS and muscular dystrophy and it retards the aging process.

A key role of Vitamin E is that it deactivates free radicals.

Vitamin E as a powerful anti-oxidant works in concert with certain trace minerals, notably selenium & zinc to prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Increased consumption of polyunsaturated oils (e.g. processed vegetable oils) requires greater amounts of Vitamin E in the diet.

Vitamin E is found in unrefined vegetable oils, butter, organ meats, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and dark green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin K is another fat-soluble vitamin which is needed for blood clotting and it plays a role in bone formation.

If Vitamin K is given to postmenopausal women it helps prevent bone loss.

A dietary source of Vitamin K is found in liver, egg yolks, butter, grains, dark leafy vegetables and vegetables of the cabbage family.

Bioflavonoids are currently known as Vitamin P (in the 1990s) and these water-soluble compounds enhance the absorption of vitamin C to promote healing and protect the structure of blood capillaries.

Bioflavonoids help stimulate bile production, lower cholesterol levels, regulate menstrual flow, help prevent cataracts and have antibacterial effects.

Actually one of the bioflavonoids, rutin has shown some sedative-stimulant effects on the brain.

Sources of bioflavonoids are peppers, grapes, buckwheat and the white peel of citrus fruits.

Co-Q10 or Coenzyme Q10 is a nutrient that every cell in the body must have in order to produce energy.

It also is an anti-oxidant and has been particularly effective in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and periodontal problems.

Sources of Coenzyme Q10 are all animal products, particularly heart meat.

The cholesterol-lowering drug group interfere with Coenzyme Q10.

Activator X or the Price Factor was discovered by Weston Price and it is a fat-soluble nutrient which is a potent catalyst to mineral absorption.

Activator X is found in certain fatty parts of animals that feed on young green growing plants or microorganisms such as organ meats, fish & shellfish, fish eggs & butter from cow eating rapidly growing green grass of spring and fall pastures.

Calcium is a macro mineral vital for strong bones & teeth and necessary for the proper heart & nervous system function and for muscle growth & contraction.

Calcium is found in large amounts in foods like meats, seafood, dark green vegetables & nuts as well as dairy products and bone broths—but it is often difficult to absorb & utilize.

Both iron & zinc can inhibit calcium absorption as can excess phosphorus & magnesium.

Phytic acid in the bran of grain if NOT soaked, fermented, sprouted or naturally leavened will bind with calcium and other minerals in the intestinal tract and make these minerals less available.

One needs sufficient Vitamin D for calcium absorption, as well as a proper potassium/calcium ration in the blood.

Sugar consumption & stress pulls calcium from the bones.

Chloride is another macro mineral which is a part of common salt known as sodium chloride; so chloride is widely distributed in the body in ionic form, in balance with sodium and potassium.

It helps regulate the acid-base balance in the blood and the passage of fluids across cell membranes.

Chloride is needed for the production of hydrochloric acid (HCL or gastric/stomach acid) and hence protein digestion.

The chloride in the stomach acid activates the production of amylase enzymes needed in carbohydrate digestion.

Chloride is also important for proper growth and functioning of the brain.

The most important source of chloride is from dietary salt.

Also lacto-fermented beverages and bone broths both provide easily assimilated chloride; others sources are coconut and celery.

Magnesium is another macro mineral which is essential for enzyme activity, calcium & potassium uptake, nerve transmissions, bone formation & metabolism of carbohydrates & minerals.

It actually is magnesium and not calcium which helps form hard tooth enamel, resistant to decay.

Like calcium & chloride, magnesium plays a role in regulating the acid-based balance in the body.

High magnesium in human drinking water has been linked to resistance to heart disease.

Although magnesium is found in many foods like dairy products, nuts, vegetables, fish, meat & seafood, deficiencies are common in N.A. due to soil depletion, poor absorption and lack of minerals in the drinking water.

Magnesium deficiencies can also result by diets high in carbohydrates, oxalic acid in foods like raw spinach and phytic acid found in whole grains,

Excellent food sources of usable magnesium are found in beef, chicken or fish broths.

Intake of high amounts of zinc and Vitamin D increases the magnesium requirement.

A deficiency in magnesium can result in coronary heart disease, chronic weight loss, obesity, fatigue, epilepsy and impaired brain function.

Sometimes chocolate cravings are a sign of magnesium deficiency.

Phosphorus is another macro mineral which is the second most abundant mineral in the body.

Phosphorus is needed for bone growth, kidney function and cell growth.

It plays a role in maintaining the body’s acid/base balance.

Many foods contain phosphorus but in order for proper assimilation, it must be in proper balance with magnesium & calcium in the blood.

Excessive levels of blood phosphorus say from drinking soft drinks (pop) can lead to calcium loss and to cravings for sugar & alcohol.

Too little blood phosphorus levels inhibit calcium absorption and can lead to osteoporosis.

The best food sources for phosphorus are animal products, whole grains, legumes & nuts.

Potassium is another macro mineral and it works in concert with sodium.

In-cell or intra-cellular potassium are high while fluids outside the cell are high in sodium.

So potassium is necessary in many cellular reactions.

Potassium is helpful in the treatment of high blood pressure.

Potassium is found in a variety of nuts, grains & vegetables.

Too much dietary salt along with too low an intake of fruits & vegetables can lead to a potassium deficiency.

Sodium is another macro mineral which is in all body fluids so it is essential to life.

Sodium is needed for many biochemical reactions including water balance regulation, fluid distribution on either side of the cell walls, muscle contractions & expansion, nerve stimulation and acid/base balance.

Sodium is very important in the proper functioning of the adrenals glands.

Excessive sodium intake may result in high blood pressure, potassium deficiency, and liver, kidney & heart disease.

Symptoms of sodium deficiency include confusion, low blood sugar, weakness, lethargy & heart palpitations.

Good sources of dietary sodium are meat broths and zucchini.

Sulphur is another macro mineral which is a part of the chemical structure of several amino acids and sulphur aids in many biochemical processes.

Sulphur protects the body from infection, blocks the harmful effects of radiation & pollution and slows down the aging process.

Sulphur-containing proteins are part of the body’s cell membrane structure.

Sulphur is a major component of the gel-like connective tissue in cartilage and skin.

Sulphur for the diet can be sourced from cruciferous vegetables, eggs, milk and animal products.

Now to continue this blog’s nutrition lesson, I will list several micro or trace minerals necessary for human health.

Although trace minerals are only needed in minute amounts for health, they are still essential for many biochemical processes.

Often it is only a single atom of a trace mineral which is incorporated in a complex protein which gives the compound its unique characteristics like in the haemoglobin molecule has the trace mineral IRON in it and other trace minerals often are the distinguishing component of specific enzymes.

Boron is a micro mineral (trace) necessary for healthy bones.

Boron is found in fruits, especially apples, leafy vegetables and grains.

Chromium as a micro mineral (trace) is essential for glucose metabolism.

Chromium is needed for blood sugar regulation as well as for the synthesis of cholesterol, fats and proteins.

Most North Americans are deficient in chromium because they eat too many refined carbohydrates.

The best sources for chromium are animal products, molasses, nuts, whole wheat, eggs & vegetables.

Cobalt as a trace mineral works with copper to promote the assimilation of iron.

An atom of cobalt is in the center of the Vitamin B12 molecule.

The best sources for cobalt are animal products so vegetarians can commonly develop a cobalt deficiency.

Copper as a trace mineral is needed for the formation of bone, haemoglobin and red blood cells.

Copper also works to promote healthy nerves, a healthy immune system and collagen formation.

Çopper works with zinc and Vitamin C, best.

Along with the following minerals, manganese, magnesium, iodine,—copper plays an important role in memory and brain function.

The best source of bio-available coppers is liver (organ meat); but nuts, molasses & oats also contain copper.

Copper deficiency is widespread in America.

Combine this preclusion to copper deficiency in the human diet, along with high fructose consumption has a particularly deleterious effects on infants and growing children.

Germanium as a trace mineral is now considered essential to optimum health.

Germanium-rich foods help combat rheumatoid arthritis, food allergies, fungal overgrowth, viral infections and cancer.

Certain foods concentrate germanium IF it is found in the soil—-garlic, ginseng, mushrooms, onions and the herbs aloe vera, comfrey and suma.

Iodine as a trace mineral, though only needed in minute amounts is essential for numerous body processes such as fat metabolism, thyroid gland function and the production of sex hormones.

Some of the clinical signs of iodine deficiency are: muscle cramps, cold hands & feet, proneness to weight gain, poor memory, constipation, depression and headaches.

Iodine seems to be essential for mental development.

Iodine deficiency has been linked to mental retardation, to coronary heart disease, to susceptibility to polio and to breast cancer.

Sources of iodine include: most sea foods, unrefined sea salt, kelp & other sea weeds, fish broth, butter, pineapple, artichokes, asparagus and dark green vegetables.

Some vegetables, such as cabbage and spinach can block iodine absorption when eaten raw or unfermented.

The requirements for iodine vary widely; for example, the ancestors that lived near the sea require more iodine in their diets as compared to folks who have lived long term inland.

The proper assimilation of iodine by the body requires sufficient levels of Vitamin A, supplied by animal fats.

In excess, iodine can be toxic.

Consumption of high amounts of inorganic iodine (as in iodized table salt or iodine-fortified bread) as well as of organic iodine (as in kelp) can cause thyroid problems similar to those of iodine deficiency, including goiter.

Iron as a trace mineral is a part of the haemoglobin molecule, so that iron is vital to healthy blood.

Iron also forms an essential part of many enzymes.

Iron deficiency is related to poor mental development and problems with the immune system.

Iron is found in eggs, fish, liver, meat and green leafy vegetables.

Adding fat-soluble vitamins (A & D) such as those found in butter and cod liver oil to the diet often improves one’s iron status.

There have been warnings about adding inorganic iron to white flour which can’t be used by the body but builds up in the blood & tissues which can lead to heart disease and cancer.

Manganese as a trace mineral is needed for healthy nerves, a healthy immune system and blood sugar regulation.

Manganese also plays a part in the formation of mothers’ milk and in the growth of healthy bones.

Deficiency may lead to trembling hands, seizures and lack of coordination.

Excessive milk consumption may cause a manganese deficiency as calcium can interfere with manganese absorption.

The mineral phosphorus antagonizes manganese as well.

The best sources for manganese are pecans and other nuts, seeds, whole grains and butterfat.

Molybdenum as a trace mineral is needed in small amounts for nitrogen metabolism, iron absorption, fat oxidation and normal cell function.

The best sources for molybdenum are lentils, liver, grains, legumes and dark green leafy vegetables.

Selenium is a trace mineral and it is a vital anti-oxidant which works with Vitamin E to protect the immune system and maintain healthy heart function.

Selenium is needed for pancreatic function and tissue elasticity and has been shown to protect against radiation and toxic minerals.

Selenium-deficient soils (like in Finland) lead to a outbreaks of heart disease and in China, fibrotic heart lesions are associated with selenium-deficient soils.

The best sources are butter, Brazil nuts, sea food and grains grown in selenium-rich soils.

The trace mineral silicon is a much neglected element and is needed for strong yet flexible bones and healthy cartilage, connective tissue, skin, hair and nails.

In the blood vessels, if one has adequate silicon, it helps to prevent atherosclerosis.

Silicon protects against toxic aluminum.

Good sources are grains with shiny surfaces, such as millet, corn and flax, the stems of green vegetables and homemade bone broths, where the feet of chickens or calves have been added.

Vanadium as a trace mineral is necessary for cellular metabolism and the formation of bones and teeth where vanadium plays a role in growth ad reproduction.

Vanadium helps control cholesterol levels in the blood.

A deficiency of vanadium has been linked to cardiovascular and kidney diseases.

Although vanadium is difficult to absorb but some of the best sources are buckwheat, unrefined vegetable oils, grains and olives.

Zinc as a trace mineral is called the intelligence mineral since it is required for mental development, for healthy reproductive organs (especially the prostate gland), for protein synthesis and collagen formation.

Zinc also is involved in the blood sugar control mechanism and thus protects against diabetes.

The presence of zinc is necessary for the maintenance of proper levels of Vitamin E in the blood.

Signs of having a zinc deficiency are inability to taste or smell and loss of appetite.

The high levels of phytic acid in cereal grains and legumes block zinc absorption.

A zinc deficiency during pregnancy can cause birth defects.

Since oral contraceptives decrease the body’s zinc levels, it is important for women to wait at least six months after discontinuing the pill before becoming pregnant.

The best sources of zinc are red meats, oysters, fish, nuts, seeds and ginger.

Now I will have to insert a discussion on those hyper important natural fats or lipids which include the group known as essential fatty acids.

This class of organic substances are not soluble in water.

Simply put, fatty acids are chains of carbon atoms with hydrogen atoms filling the available bonds.

Most of the fats in our bodies and in our food we eat in the form of triglycerides which are three fatty-acid chains attached to a glycerol molecule.

Elevated blood triglycerides has been associated with proneness to heart disease but these triglycerides do not come directly from dietary fats but are made in the liver from any excess sugars that have not been used for energy.

Often these excess sugars come from foods containing carbohydrates, especially refined sugar and white flour.

Fatty acids are classified into the following categories:

Saturated: This is where the fatty acid has all available carbon bonds occupied by a hydrogen atom.

Saturated fatty acids or fats are highly stable and do not normally go rancid even when heated for cooking purposes.

They are straight in form and hence pack together easily, so that they from a solid or semi-solid at room temperature.

The human body makes saturated fatty acids from carbohydrates and they are found in animal fats and tropical oils.

Monounsaturated: This is where the fatty acid has one double bond in the form of two carbon atoms double-bonded to each other and therefore lacks two hydrogen atoms.

The human body makes monounsaturated fatty acids from saturated fatty acids and uses them in a number of ways.

Monounsaturated fats have a kink or bend at the position of the double bond so that they do not pack together as easily as saturated fats and tend to be liquid at room temperature.

Like saturated fats, they are relatively stable and do not go rancid easily so can be used in cooking.

The most common monounsaturated fatty acid found in our food is oleic acid, which is the main component of olive oil as well as oils from almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts and avocados.

Polyunsaturated: These fatty acids have two or more pairs of double bonds and therefore lack four or more hydrogen atoms.

The two most common polyunsaturated fatty acids found in our food are the double unsaturated linoleic acid with two double bonds called omega-6 and the triple unsaturated linolenic acid with three double bonds and known as omega-3.

Since the human body cannot manufacture these polyunsaturated fatty acides, linoleic and linolenic or omega-6s and omega-3s, they are known as essential fatty acids (EFAs).

This means we must gain them from our diet.

These EFAs have kinks or turns at the position of the double bond and hence do not pack together easily.

They are liquid even when refrigerated.

The unpaired electrons at the double bonds make these EFAs highly reactive.

They go rancid easily and they kind of oils should never be heated or used in cooking.

In nature, these kinds of EFAs are usually found in the cis form, which means that both hydrogen atoms at the double bond are on the same side.

(Remember the hype trans fats have gotten in our society; well the this means these fatty acids are in the trans form where the hydrogen atoms are bonding on opposite sides to each other).

All fats & oils, where from vegetable or animal origin, are some combination of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated linoleic and linolenic acid.

In general, animal fats such as butter, lard & tallow contain about 40-60% saturated fat and are solid at room temperature.

Vegetable oils in the northern climates contain mainly polyunsaturated fatty acids and are liquid at room temperature.

However, vegetable oils from the tropics are highly saturated, like coconut oil is 92% saturated.

These fats are liquid in the tropics but hard as butter in the northern climes.

Vegetable oils are more saturated in hot climates because the increased saturation helps maintain stiffness in the plant leaves.

Olive oil with its preponderance of oleic acid is the product of temperate climates.

Olive oil is liquid at warm temperatures but hardens when refrigerated.

Scientists classify fatty acids to the degree of saturation and also by their length.

Short-chain fatty acids have 4 to 6 carbon atoms.

These fats are always saturated; the 4-carbon butyric acid is found mostly in butterfat from cows’ milk.

The 6-carbon capric acid is mostly found in the butterfat from goat’s milk.

These fatty acids have antimicrobial traits since they protect us from viruses, yeasts and pathogenic bacteria in the gut.

These fatty acids do not need to be acted by bile salts bat are directly absorbed for quick energy.

For this reason this short chain fatty acids are less likely to cause weight gain than olive oil or commercial vegetable oils.

They also contribute to the health of the immune system.

Medium-chain fatty acids have 8 to 12 carbon atoms and a found mostly in butterfat and the tropical oils.

Like the short-chain fatty acids, these fats are absorbed directly for quick energy and contribute to the health of the immune system.

Long-chain fatty acids have from 14 to 18 carbon atoms and can be either saturated, monounsaturated or polyunsaturated.

For example, stearic acid is an 18-carbon saturated fatty acid found mainly in beef and mutton tallows.

Oleic acid is an 18-carbon monounsaturated fat which is the main component of olive oil.

Another monounsaturated fatty acid is the 16-carbon fatty acid known as palmitoleic acid which has strong antimicrobial properties.

Palmitoleic acid is found almost exclusively in animal fats.

Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is another important long-chain fatty acid which has 18-carbons and three double bonds and it is found in evening primrose, borage and black currant oils.

The human body makes GLA out of omega-6 linoleic acid and uses it in the production of substances called PROSTAGLANDINS, which are localized tissue hormones that regulate many processes at the cellular level.

Very-long-chain fatty acids have 20 to 24 carbon atoms.

These fatty acids tend to be highly unsaturated with 4, 5 or 6 double bonds.

Some folks can make these fatty acids from EFAs but others like our ancestors who ate a lot of fish, lack the enzymes to produce them.

These folks are known as obligate carnivors and must obtain the above fatty acids from organ meats, egg yolks, butter and fish oils.

The most important very-long-chain fatty acids are dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA) with 20 carbons and three double bonds.

Arachidonic acid (AA) has 20 carbons and four double bonds.

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) has 20 carbons and five double bonds.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) has 22 carbons and six double bonds.

All of these fatty acids except DHA are used in the production of prostaglandins and AA and DHA play important roles in the function of the nervous system.

The N.A. public has been fed a bunch of MISinformation on the relative virtues of saturated fats vs. polyunsaturated fats.

This politically correct Diet Dictocrats have told us that the polyunsaturated oils are good for us and that saturated fats cause cancer and heart disease.

This turned our historical diets around from eating primarily saturated fats (or monounsaturated) from butter, lard, tallow, coconut oil and some olive oil to the current modern diets full of polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils derived mainly from soy, corn, safflower and canola oils.

So our modern diets now have about 30% of daily caloric intake coming from polyunsaturated oils but true science indicates that this is far too high from this group of fatty acids.

The best evidence shows that we should take no more than 4% of our daily calories in as polyunsaturated fats AND the ratios must be correct, which are 1.5% omega-3 linolenic acid to 2.5% omega-6 linoleic acid.

Excess consumption of polyunsaturated oils has been shown to contribute to a large number of disease conditions which includes increased cancer and heart disease, immune system dysfunctions, damage to the liver, reproductive organs and lungs, digestive disorders, depressed learning ability, impaired growth and weight gain.

One reason why polyunsaturated oils cause so many health problems is that they tend to become oxidized or rancid quickly when subjected to heat, oxygen and moisture as in cooking and processing.

Rancid oils are full of free radicals—that is single atoms or clusters with an unpaired electron in the outer orbit.

These free radicals are extremely reactive chemically and they have been called “marauders” in the body for they attack cell membranes and red blood cells and cause damage in DNA/RNA strands, thereby triggering mutations in tissue, blood vessels and skin.

Free radical damage to the skin causes wrinkles and premature aging.

Free radical damage to the tissues and organs sets the stage for tumours.

Free radical damage in the blood vessels initiates the build up of plaque.

New scientific evidence links exposure to free radicals with premature aging, with auto-immune disorders such as arthritis and with Parkinson’s disease, Lou Gehrig’s disease, Alzheimer’s and cataracts.

The problems only increase with an excess amount of polyunsaturated fats in our diets by the fact that most of them come from commercial vegetable oils and they are in the form of double unsaturated omega-6 linoleic acid with very little of the vital triple unsaturated omega-3 linolenic acid.

Research has shown that too much omega-6 in the diet creates an imbalance that can interfere with the production of important prostaglandins.

This disruption can cause an increased tendency to form blood clots, inflammation, high blood pressure, irritation of the digestive tract, depressed immune function, sterility, cell proliferation, cancer and weight gain.

A number of researchers have argued that along with a surplus of omega-6 fatty acids in the American diet (includes Canada), it is deficient in the more unsaturated omega-3 linolenic acid.

The EFA is necessary for cell oxidation, for metabolizing important sulphur-containing amino acids and for maintaining proper balance in prostaglandin production.

Deficiencies of the omega-3 linolenic fatty acid have been associated with asthma, heart disease and learning deficiencies.

Most of the N.A. commercial vegetable oils contain very little omega-3 linolenic acid but large amounts of the omega-6 linoleic acid.

Additionally, the modern farming practices and food processes practices have reduced the amount of omega-3 fatty acids in commercial vegetables, eggs, fish and meat.

For example, organic eggs from free range outdoor chickens allowed to feed on insects and green plants can contain omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in the beneficial ratio of approximately one-to-one but the commercial supermarket eggs can contain as much as nineteen times more omega-6 than omega-3.

The much-misrepresented saturated fats, which North Americans are trying to avoid are not the cause of our modern diseases, and they play many important roles in the body’s biochemistry.

And what about cholesterol?

In this subject area too, the public has been misled.

The modern Illuminati-controlled Pharma Giant-paid scientists have wrongly gone after cholesterol in the human body and when they say they want to use STATINS to lower bad blood cholesterol, these statins poison the enzyme involved in both cholesterol & Co-enzyme Q10 production and the latter is highly involved in the health & energy status of our beating hearts.

That’s why when the Medical Mafia for the Pharma Giants pushed statins onto the N.A. population for the allegedly dangerous high blood cholesterol levels,— they helped to create certain heart disorders which pre-dispose to heart attacks.

On this Monday, May 9, 2011 edition of the Alex Jones Show, Alex talked about how the government is exploiting terrorism fears in the wake of the supposed assassination of Osama bin Laden to further expand the police state across America.

Alex Jones also talked with Dr. Russell Blaylock, a retired neurosurgeon and author, about how to protect your family from increased radiation following Fukushima and also the prevention of Alzheimers disease, now approaching epidemic proportions.

It was Dr. Blaylock on this May 9, 2011 online radio interview with Austin TX alternative media mogul Alex Jones and this retired M.D. talked of the dangers of STATINS as a human blood cholesterol-lowering drug, which is not only heart toxic but is very hard on brain function where the outbreak &/or severity of Alzheimers in N.A. may have been helped along by use of statins for lowering cholesterol.

Our blood vessels can become damaged in a number of ways and when this happens the body sends in a repair substance known as cholesterol.

Cholesterol is a high-molecular-weight alcohol that is manufactured in the liver and in most human cells.

Like saturated fats, the cholesterol we make or consume plays many vital roles in the body.

Along with saturated fats, cholesterol in the body’s cell membranes helps give the cells the necessary stiffness & stability.

When the diet contains too much polyunsaturated fatty acids, these can replace the saturated fatty acids in the cell membrane, so that the cell walls actually become flabby.

When this happens, cholesterol from the blood is driven into the tissues to give them structural integrity.

This is one of the reasons why serum cholesterol may go down temporarily when we replace saturated fats with polyunsaturated oils in the diet.

Cholesterol is a precursor to vital corticosteroids, which are hormones that help us deal with stress and protect the body vs. heart disease and cancer.

Cholesterol is a precursor to sex hormones like androgen, testosterone, estrogen and progesterone.

Cholesterol is the precursor to Vitamin D, a very important fat-soluble vitamin needed for healthy bones and nervous system, proper growth, mineral metabolism, muscle tone, insulin production, reproduction and immune system function.

Bile salts are made from cholesterol and bile is vital for digestion and assimilation of fats in the diet.

Cholesterol also acts as an anti-oxidant which is likely why cholesterol levels go up with age.

As an anti-oxidant, cholesterol protects us vs. free radical damage that leads to heart disease & cancer.

Cholesterol is also needed for proper function of serotonin receptors in the brain.

Serotonin, is the body’s natural “feel good” chemical.

Low blood cholesterol levels have been linked to aggressive and violent behaviour, depression and suicidal tendencies.

A human mother’s breast milk is especially rich in cholesterol and contains a special enzyme that helps the baby utilize this nutrient.

Babies and children actually need cholesterol-rich foods throughout their growing years to ensure proper development of the brain and nervous system.

Dietary cholesterol also plays an important role in maintaining the health of the intestinal wall.

This is why a low-cholesterol vegetarian diet can lead to leaky gut syndrome and other intestinal disorders.

The truth be told, cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease but rather is a potent antioxidant vs. free radicals in the blood and a repair substance that helps heal arterial damage (although the arterial plaques themselves contain very little cholesterol).

However, like certain fats, dietary cholesterol can be damaged by exposure to heat and oxygen.

This damaged or oxidized cholesterol appears to promote both injury to the arterial cells as well as a pathological build-up of plaque in the arteries.

This damaged dietary cholesterol is found in powdered eggs, powdered milk (added to reduced-fat milks to give them body) and in meats & fats that have been heated to high temperatures in frying and other high temperature processes.

High blood cholesterol levels often indicate that the body needs cholesterol to protect itself from high levels of altered, free-radical-containing fats.

Just as a large police force is required in a city to police crime, so cholesterol is needed in a poorly nourished body to protect the person from a tendency to heart disease and cancer.

Blaming coronary heart disease on good cholesterol is like blaming a police force for high levels of crime in a city.

Poor thyroid function (hypothyroidism) will often result in high cholesterol levels in the blood.

When the thyroid function is poor, which is often due to a diet high in sugar and low in usable iodine, fat-soluble vitamins and other nutrients,–the body floods the blood with cholesterol as a protective mechanism thereby providing a super-abundance of materials needed to heal tissues and produce protective steroids.

Hypothyroid persons are particularly susceptible to infections, heart disease and cancer.

So the best way to treat heart disease is not to focus in on lowering the blood cholesteroleither by drugs or diet—but to consume a diet that provides animal foods rich in Vitamins B6, Vitamin B12 and to bolster the thyroid function by daily use of natural sea salt which is a good source of usable iodine.

END OF SUMMARY OF FACTS from Sally Fallon’s 1999 Nourishing Traditions.

The Visalus supplements that I have been blogging about for three days, have most of the minerals & vitamins and anti-oxidants & omega complex EFAs, along with other natural healing nutrients in them, in balanced proportions and present together,—of which I have reviewed above with the help of Sally Fallon’s excellent nutritional research.

I have been looking for an alternative healing supplement “matrix” of this calibre for years.

To order some of these Visalus products today, go to my website:

Why are Canadians and Americans so deficient in the above nutrients named, such as vitamins, minerals (especially trace), anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids?

Well, it is based on the New World Order/Illuminati/high-degreed freemasonry global elite’s long term plans to soft kill off the global population and so one of these ways, especially post- WWII in N.A. was to create out of agriculture a factory-style prototype, as well as starving out small, mixed farmers by the credit cycle & high interest rates (remember the 1970s & 1980s?).

The globalists who control all global businesses, had the Pharma Giants gain control of the original open-pollination seed stock and farm chemicals such as hot, inorganic soil fertilizers and herbicides & pesticides.

The above soil chemicals kill off much of the micro flora & micro fauna found in the soils and these organisms fix certain trace minerals so that they are bio-available to the roots of the plants.

This is why much of our zero-till/chemical food crop farming leads to very little humus or organic matter and NO earthworms that indicate high soil health, if they are present.

Then these Illuminati-based octopus of factory farming controllers, had tentacles like MONSANTO come into N.A. and sell farmers on this biologically unsound farming game plan, while at the same time, they began to GENETIC ENGINEER selected food crops, which the sheople thought was a natural & safe outcome of hybridization of the species, such as what they did in the first half of the 1900s when the researchers in the Crop Science university departments &/or federal research stations bred varieties like rust-resistant wheat.

In this kind of genetic engineering, they select certain gene expressions for certain desirable traits for profit such as HIGH YIELD (e.g. wheat), than other inherit abilities of this new GMO plant family may have been sacrificed such as the ability to fix trace minerals from the soil and hence the plant parts to be eaten later, will be DEFICIENT in their mineral profile.

The hot fertilizer anhydrous ammonia nitrogen was developed in WWII to spray on airfields to create a cement-like surface for planes to land on.

Artificial nitrogen (inorganic) fertilizer (e.g. anhydrous ammonia) injection into soils does provide the “flush” that plant proteins absorb & reflect as “greenness” but if the soil is dead because of these chemical farming practices,– you may have a very green looking end-point plant that is severely deficient in other life-giving nutrients, including certain vitamins & of course certain minerals.

However, these GMO food crops for animals and humans have begun to take their toll in terms of ill health in targeted populations including man and the killing off of the bees, who are the essential pollinators of the global food chain.

April 11/11 Bees are dying off due to genetic engineered crops and mega pesticide assaults as well as altered electro-magnetic fields in air confuse the bees’ migratory patterns…

And now we have the intensified GEO-ENGINEERING op by the globalists where in parts of N.A. since 2009 to date, they rarely have had clear, sunny skies because of the heavy chem trail spraying, where these aerosolized chemicals like metallic barium & aluminum ions are re-arranged into pathognomic cloud patterns which are the electro-magnetic fingerprint of HAARP being turned on vs. us here in N.A.

The Illuminati have been using chem trail spraying and HAARP since the early 1990s, especially over populated cities in N.A. but this weather-modification operation has managed to pollute certain soils so badly, like in the American eastern seaboard, that plants won’t grow in the now, too-high aluminum-content soils.

So Monsanto has stepped up to the plate and told these American farmers that they are now going to genetically engineer plants which will grow in high aluminum soil AND what will these GMO plants fix heavily—aluminum which is toxic to animals & humans who may be covertly forced to consume these altered food crops.

From September 2010 to date, I have regularly posted blogs with digital photos showing how intensely they have chem trail sprayed us here in northeast central Saskatchewan Canada which is farming country.

Saskatchewan has 40% of all the arable land in Canada so it could be considered the break basket of this country.

And HAARP has been turned on and is zapping us regularly here in Saskatchewan along with all the chem trail pollution, judging from the unique ionized cloud patterns which form after the linear chem trails are laid down by the high-flying, silent-to-us-on-the-ground, B747 super tanker planes.

See more on this topic by going to my blog, titled with some excerpts:

April 28/11 Geo-Engineering in Saskatchewan Continues & a mini-HAARP facility may have been found..

clip_image008clip_image010clip_image012

The above photos were taken recently showing the evidence of the geo-engineering of Saskatchewan skies, using chemtrail spraying and the electro-magnetic field changing technology known as HAARP.

The white, fluffy-looking, summer-time, cumulus-type clouds, photographed in our Saskatchewan skies on April 26, 2011, are an abnormal cloud type for this time of year in our northern climate.

Note some of the big puffball clouds, appear to be weeping; this is likely the result of falling down, aerosolized chemtrails.

On Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011, they had been chemtrail spraying our skies very early in the morning when we were sleeping and I viewed the last of the B747 super tank planes laying down a long west to east chemtrail late in the morning.

Those linear, false clouds, widened into frothy, filmy bands like vast milky ways and they “bled” downward significantly.

In the summer of 2011, it is probable they will add biologicals to the chemtrails they are spraying regularly over Canadian cities right now and this will aid in the Illuminati’s plans to depopulate N.A. with plague viruses, bacteria and/or fungi which have be genetically engineered to be very infective and devastating in their assault on humans and/or animals and maybe even plant life.

This is known as BIO-TERRORISM.

Note the linear and vertical-looking chemtrail sprayed over the City of Saskatoon, Canada, on Monday, April 25, 2011, likely by a B747 super tanker jet, owned & operated by the New World Order/Illuminati/high-degreed freemasonry global elite, with an international aviation center located in Oregon, U.S.

Now the Illuminati not only have six or seven major HAARP or SCALAR facilities globally, such as in Alaska but they have covertly set up little HAARP sites all over the U.S. and it appears in Canada, which are located above or BELOW ground but at sites like air ports, weather radar stations and public lands.

These little HAARP control sites, like fleas on a dog’s back, are helping to create local weather disturbances.

April 14/11 Dutchsinse….about HAARP cubes and rings over U.S. states coming from places where weather radar stations are located….prison, municipal lands, reservoirs, rock quarries, airports…..they are sending HAARP/scalar signals out and creating adverse weather patterns….the bottom hyperlink, second YouTube shows that Dutchsinse pinpointed 24h ahead of time by reading the HAARP signal maps that the little town of Red Cloud NE would be hit by a tornado (it did hit on April 14/11) and he said it was because there was a HAARP station nearby that sent out signals that attracted the tornado to that area.

The above picture was taken around 20 to 30 miles west of the City of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, off the highway going to Asquith in the R.M. of Vanscoy, on April 27, 2011.

It is a cell phone picture, so someone should go out there and use a digital camera with a telephoto lens.

What was observed by the person taking the above picture was a field of telephone-pole-height antennae, connected by fine wire with tags on the wire so it could be compared to a dipolar phased array as seen in HAARP.

clip_image016

The above photo is of a field of typical DIPOLAR phased array HAARP radio-wave-emitting antennae.

The west-of-Saskatoon field of antennae could be a form of a dipolar phased array of HAARP with the wire used as the dipolar-horizontal antennae.

The folks in this area reported that this field of antennae was a project related to WEATHER being run allegedly by the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK campus and it is a very HUSH HUSH project with big signs around the compound indicating security measures are in place.

I think, since I live around 35 miles north of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, this is indeed a mini-HAARP project, with likely more of the same with a few UNDERGROUND as described by the U.S. whistleblower featured above, DUTCHSINSE,—found throughout Saskatchewan, which are being used to MODIFY local weather patterns.

I suggested that universities or corporate business areas in N.A. may be complicit with the global Illuminati by having test HAARP facilities related to their research &/or business facilities, in my blog titled, and with an excerpt below:

Jan. 5/11 Ice Twisters: 2009 TV Movie: Cloud Seeding & 1000s of Dead Birds Fall from AR Skies

Ice Twisters also indicated there was a little HAARP facility known as HART in the movie near Beaverton, Oregon which is close to Portland, Oregon, the main city in the movie.

The current, aggressive New World Order-run U.S. military-industrial complex and the FBI & CIA & NSA, etc. would actually hide this kind of mini-electro-magnetic warfare tool (HART) in just such a place.

Under the 21st Century header, click on the industry located near Beaverton, known as Electro Scientific Industries and wonder if it is a cover org for something like HART.

It would be helpful if any of you reading this blog become convinced about the dangers of geo-engineering by the Illuminati using chemtrails and HAARP/HAARP sites vs. us, that you go sleuthing in the countryside, especially in CANADA and find, at least the above-ground, mini-HAARP facilities, then take a digital picture and email it to me.

I will post the photos in this blog, Three Dead Words.com
